About Augmented Maintenance

 In this initial phase, we will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current status of the equipment, preventive maintenance (PM) program, staff capabilities, and spare parts inventory. This evaluation will help us understand the existing conditions and identify areas that require immediate attention. 

 During this phase, we will focus on addressing the top priority issues on primary and critical equipment. Quick fixes will be implemented to mitigate immediate risks and ensure the smooth operation of essential machinery. This phase aims to stabilize the situation and prevent any major disruptions. 

 In the final phase, we will implement root cause fixes for the identified issues. This includes correctly sizing the spare parts inventory and providing necessary training to the staff. The goal is to establish a stable and sustainable maintenance program that ensures long-term reliability and efficiency of the equipment.
